General Questions
Can I register for more than one seminar at a time?
Yes, you can register for multiple seminars and pay for all of them at one time. Prior to entering your credit card information, select the Add Another Registration button at the bottom of the registration window. This will display the seminar listing, where you can select an additional seminar.
For Online Seminars how does the Learn QuickBooks seminar run?
A week before the online seminar you will be sent 2 links (one for each day of the seminar) with a code and password to attend the online session.
The Day of the session you will log in up to 15 min before the session start time of 10:30 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time).
There will be 3 Scheduled breaks each day; 10 minutes in the Morning, 30 Minutes at the 3 hour mark, and then another 10 Minutes in the afternoon.
Time will be provided at the end of each chapter for Question and Answer. We will also take questions for 1/2 an hour after the session.
All attendees will also be able to participate in 2 free 2 hour sessions after the seminars. These sessions will be provided after the seminar is complete.
How can I pay for the QuickBooks training seminar?
Accounting Cycle only takes credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) We do not accept cheques. We are currently investigating the possibility of interac or wire transfers.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
We know that you will be delighted with our QuickBooks seminars. If for some reason after attending the first 2.5 hours of a QuickBooks seminar you are dissatisfied you can receive your money back in full. Please return your materials to the instructor at the first break and they will process a refund.
What is the cancellation policy for your QuickBooks Seminars?
After you complete your registration online or by telephone your registration is guaranteed. A full refund is only available if a written cancellation request is received prior to 7 business days before the seminar less a $25 cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel 7 business days or less before the seminar date we do not provide a full refund, however we will switch your registration for a fee of $25 to a more suitable date that meets your needs.
If you need to change your seminar registration call us at 888–628-2405. Changes are subject to a $25 fee.

Can I send an alternate person from my office to the training seminar if I am unable to attend?
Yes. If you have registered for a QuickBooks training seminar and you are unable to attend, you may send an alternate in your place.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 8:30AM to 4:30PM MST.
Do I have to bring my own laptop to the seminar?
No. When you register for a Hands on QuickBooks™ seminar you will be provided with a Dell Vostro laptop computer for use during the day of training.
Does Accounting Cycle provide a computer for me?
If you register for a Hands on Training seminar, Accounting Cycle will provide a laptop computer for your use during the training day. Lecture style training and online seminars do not include the use of laptop computer.
What do I need to bring to the QuickBooks seminar?
Please bring a notepad and a pen. Some venues offer these but please bring your own note taking materials to be sure.
Is lunch provided at the QuickBooks seminar?
No lunch is not provided. You will be responsible for your own lunch. Coffee, juice and other refreshments will be provided at different times of the day.
Do I receive a certificate after I attend the seminar?
Yes a certificate of completion will be mailed to you to certify that you attended the seminar.
Can I attend a QuickBooks Seminar without registering beforehand?
Yes you can attend, however we cannot guarantee that a spot will be available as many of our QuickBooks seminars are sold out in advance. If you choose to try to attend on the day of the seminar without registering in advance, you will be required to pay before the seminar with a credit card. We recommend that you register for the seminar in advance to guarantee your spot.
Which version of QuickBooks are you currently teaching?
We always use the most current edition of QuickBooks which is QuickBooks 2011.
Why are you not coming to my city?
We are trying to visit as many large centres across Canada. We can only visit the cities where we experience the most demand for our training services. If you are not able to come to our seminars in person we encourage you to register for one of our online seminars.
